The Community Foundation of West Kentucky will be awarding a grant(s) up to $1,000.00 to provide non-profit organizations, who serve their
communities of Western Kentucky, in the areas of:
Community Arts Educational Attainment Health Awareness
Children’s Programs Social Services Community Improvement

EligibilityYou must provide documentation that your organization is defined as a tax-exempt charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
It will be at the sole discretion of the Community Foundation of West Kentucky Grants Committee with approval of the Board of Directors as to which applicants are accepted and awarded a grant. All Applicants are required to fill out the application and attend the Philanthorpy 360 Event on March 4, 2013 to qualify for consideration for a 360 grant. |
Awards Seminar
The Philanthropy 360 Awards Seminar event will be on March 4, 2013.
Mandatory Attendance is required to be considered for a grant.
Grants will be will be announced and distributed at the end of the evening.
